ASC、SALC、MULC及びメディアプラザの一部利用の再開について

5月27日付けの「本学施設利用の段階的緩和について」にてお知らせしたように、緊急事態宣言が解除されたことを受け、キャンパス入構禁止を段階的に解除して参ります。

この度、下記の通り、ASC、SALC、MULC及びメディアプラザの一部利用を再開します。各施設の利用を希望する場合には、事前に予約の上学生証を持参して大学にお越しください。事前に予約をしていない施設には入館することができませんのでご注意ください。

①ASC; Academic Success Center（6号館）
開始期日：6月15日（月）
内容：ASCでの個人学習
利用について

• 対象：在学生
• 利用可能日時：13:30〜15:30（平日のみ、土日祝日は除く）
• 方法：事前予約による人数限定（25人／日）
• 予約サイト：ASC開館利用予約ページ
• 利用不可：同フロアにある、ボランティアセンター学生活動エリア、留学生ラウンジ、教室

②メディアプラザ（6号館）
開始期日：6月15日（月）
内容：メディアプラザでのPC個人利用、印刷、コピー、スキャン、ポイント追加（カラー印刷・コピー）
利用について

• 対象：在学生
• 利用可能日時：13:30～15:30（平日のみ、土日祝日は除く）
• 方法：事前予約による人数限定（10人／日）
• 予約サイト：Mediaplaza　一部開館利用　予約ページ
• 利用不可：マルチパーパスルームの利用、複数人での利用、備品貸出

③MULC; Multilingual Communication Center（7号館）
開始期日：6月15日（月）
内容：MULC内での個人学習、学習教材の閲覧、貸出（学生証必須）、返却
利用について

• 対象：在校生
• 利用可能日時：14:00～16:00（平日のみ、土日祝日は除く）
• 方法：事前予約による言語エリアごとに人数制限あり（68名/日）
• 予約サイト：MULC利用事前予約ページ
• 利用不可：民族衣装の試着、遊具、教室、クリスタルホール

④SALC; Self Access Learning Center（8号館）
開始期日：6月15日（月）
内容：KUIS 8（1階のみ）での個人学習、学習教材の閲覧、貸出（学生証必須）、返却
利用について

• 対象：在学生
• 利用可能日時：13:00～15:00（平日のみ、土日祝日は除く）
• 方法：事前予約による人数限定（78人／日）
• 予約サイト：KUIS 8 一部開館利用 予約ページ
• 利用不可：Study Rooms、Mini Stage、The Stage、教室、2階全体（自動販売機はダンススクエア内のものをご利用ください）

⑤その他（既に一部利用を再開している施設）
図書館（7号館）
開始期日：6月8日（月）
内容：図書館内での図書資料の閲覧、貸出（学生証必須）、返却
利用について

• 対象：在学生
• 開館日時：14:00〜16:00（平日のみ、土日祝日は除く）
• 方法：事前予約による人数限定（100人／日）
• 予約サイト：図書館　一部開館利用　予約ページ
• 利用不可：グループ学習室、Coworking space、館内PC（一部）、文献複写・図書取寄せ、レファレンスサービス

キャリア教育センター（5号館）
開始期日：6月8日（月）
内容：キャリア教育センター内での対面での個別面談
利用について

• 対象：在学生
• 面談日：平日のみ、土日祝日は除く
• 面談時間：9:30～16:30　30分／人（16:00最終相談開始／16:30最終相談終了）
• 方法：事前予約による対面型個別面談
• 予約サイト：キャリア教育センター個人面談予約システム

学生の皆さんへのお願い

• マスクを着用の上でお越しください。
• キャンパスへの入構時には、検温をします。体温が37.5度以上の方は入構できません。
• 各施設への入館にあたっては、手指の消毒をお願いします。
• 各施設内では、人と人との距離を確保するため、利用できる席を限定しています。

To all KUIS students (including Bekka international exchange students):

ASC, SALC, MULC, and the Media Plaza to Partially Resume Services

As previously announced in the message on “Regarding the University’s Plan to Lift Facility Access Restrictions in Phases,” the university will be gradually easing restrictions on student entry to campus now that the State of Emergency declaration has been rescinded.

As detailed below, ASC, SALC, MULC, and the Media Plaza will be partially resuming services for students. When you wish to use any of these facilities, you will be required to make a reservation in advance, and present your student ID card to enter the campus. You will not be permitted to access any facilities for which you have not expressly made a reservation.

①Academic Success Center (ASC, Building 6)
Reopening date: Monday, June 15
Permitted activities: Individual study
Details

• Target: All KUIS students
• When: 13:30 ~ 15:30 (Weekdays only; closed weekends and holidays)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; max 25 students per day
• Reservations: ASC reservation website
• Restricted: Volunteer Center student activity area, international student lounge

②Media Plaza (Building 6)
Reopening date: Monday, June 15
Permitted activities: Individual use of PCs, printing, copying, scanning, topping up points for color printing/copying.
Details

• Target: All KUIS students
• When: 13:30 ~ 15:30 (Weekdays only; closed weekends and holidays)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; max 10 students per day
• Reservations: Mediaplazza reservation website
• Restricted: Multipurpose Room, working in groups, borrowing equipment.

③Multilingual Communication Center (MULC; Building 7)
Reopening date: Monday, June 15
Permitted activities: Individual study, using study materials, borrowing materials (student ID required), returning materials.
Details

• Target: All KUIS students
• When: 14:00 ~ 16:00 (Weekdays only; closed weekends and holidays)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; max 68 students per day
• Reservations: MULC Reservation Website
• Restricted: Borrowing ethnic costumes, playing with MULC games sets, classrooms, Crystal Hall

④Self-Access Learning Center (SALC; Building 8)
Reopening date: Monday, June 15
Permitted activities: Individual study on the first floor of KUIS 8, using study materials, borrowing materials (student ID required), returning materials
Details

• Target: All KUIS students
• When: 13:00 ~ 15:00 (Weekdays only; closed weekends and holidays)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; max 78 students per day
• Reservations: KUIS 8 reservation website
• Restricted: Study Rooms, Mini Stage, The Stage, classrooms, all areas on the second floor (for vending machines, please use the ones by Dance Square)

⑤Other Areas (as announced in this previous notification)
Library(Building 7)
Reopening Date: Monday, June 8
Permitted activities: Browsing, borrowing (ID required) and returning materials.
Details

• Target: All KUIS students・Opening hours: 14:00 ~ 16:00 (Weekdays only; closed weekends & holidays)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; max. 100 students per day.
• Reservation Site: Library reservation website
• Restricted areas/services: Group work rooms, Coworking space, PCs (as indicated), requesting articles/interlibrary loan, reference service.

Career Education Center(Building 5)
Reopening Date: Monday, June 8
Permitted activities: Private career counseling appointments
Details

• Target: KUIS students, including International exchange students (Bekka)
• Dates: Weekdays; closed weekends & holidays
• Times: 9:30 ~ 16:30, 30-minute sessions (Last session at 16:00.)
• Procedure: Advance reservation required; face-to-face private career counseling appointments.
• Reservation Site: Career Education Center reservation website

Requests for Students:

• Please wear a mask when you come to campus.
• All students entering campus will be subject to temperature checks. (Entry will not be permitted if you have a fever of 37.5° Celsius or more)
• When entering campus buildings, please use hand sanitizer.
• To ensure social distancing measures, seating has been partially restricted.
