令和元年度卒業生･修了生に対する学位記等の送付について

※このお知らせは、皆様の卒業を保証するものではありません。結果については、2月19日、3月5日、3月13日の卒業発表をご確認ください。

ご案内のとおり、神田外語大学は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響が拡大している現状をふまえ、3月21日（土）に挙行を予定していた「令和元年度卒業式（学位記授与式）」「卒業パーティー」を、中止することといたしました。

この決定を受け、卒業生･修了生の「学位記」、「成績証明書･卒業証明書」、「記念品」等につきましては、準備が整い次第、順次、ご登録の保証人住所に送付させていただきます（3月21日（土）前後に到着予定）。なお、事情により、保証人住所以外の住所への送付をご希望の場合は、3月13日（金）正午までに、以下の事項を明記のうえ、メールにてご連絡ください。

③住所 ※郵便番号も
④電話番号 ※日中、必ず連絡がつく電話番号

【「教員免許状」の配布について】
「教員免許状」については、下記の日時に、本学の教務課窓口にて、対象者に直接配布いたします（来学が難しい学生については、別途対応）。
・3月19日（木）9:00～11:10／12:10～17:15
・3月21日（土）9:00～11:10

【その他の重要な連絡】
◯「学生証」の返却・処分方法については、「学位記」等に同封する書類にて、ご確認ください。
◯「未返却図書」（図書館、SALC、MULC）がある場合は、郵便または宅配便にて、返却先の部署宛に送ってください（送料は自己負担）。

*This message is not a confirmation of your graduation status. Please confirm your status on the February 19th, March 5th, or March 13th graduation announcements.

As previously announced, Kanda University of International Studies (KUIS) has cancelled the graduation ceremony and graduation party, which were scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 21st.

Due to this cancellation, KUIS has decided to mail all graduation certificates and commemorative gifts by post to the address of your registered financial guarantor (usually a parent or guardian), once all preparation has been completed. (Expected arrival day is around Saturday, March 21)
If you wish to send them to other address, please send the following information via email by Friday March 13, afternoon.

How to distribute teachers’ licenses
● Teachers licenses (Kyouin-menkyo-jo) will be distributed on campus. Please pick up your license from the Academic Affairs office during one of the following times:
Thursday, March 19, 9:00~11:10/12:10~17:15
Saturday, March 21, 9:00~11:10

Other Important Information from the University
● Information on the following items will be included in your delivery. Please confirm the following points:
・How to return or dispose of your student ID card.
● If you have borrowed items from the library, SALC, or MULC, please return them by post or courier to the appropriate university department. (Reimbursement is not available for shipping fees.)
