神田外語大学留学生別科への合格おめでとうございます。皆さんの留学中の住居サポートは学生課が担当します。入寮日までの手続きについて、以下の通りご案内します。
Welcome to the Kanda University of International Studies housing information website for exchange students!
Congratulations on your acceptance into the KUIS Bekka Exchange program! At the Student Affairs Office, we provide support for exchange students’ housing. Please read the following explanation about the procedure to apply for university-designated housing.
住居申込みの流れ Timeline for the housing application process
STEP 1 申込み受付開始 Application for housing opens
Please submit your housing application on the housing website during the application period noted below *Japan Time Zone
Application period opens: June 14, 2019 (Friday), 10:00*
Application period closes: June 19, 2019 (Wednesday), 17:00*
STEP 2 住居決定 Notification of housing decision
2019年6月28日（金）
学生課より指定のEmailアドレスに以下3点を送信します。
1.住居決定通知
2.誓約書フォーム
3.寮費初期費用請求書
June 28, 2019 (Friday)
You will receive an e-mail from the Office of Student Affairs with the following:
1) Housing decision notification
2) Declaration of Intent form
3) Letter detailing housing payment
2019年8月上旬 From the beginning of August, 2019
Welcome Teamを希望した留学生は、神田外語大学の学生から連絡があります。
Those who requested the Welcome Team will be contacted by a current KUIS student.
日本での生活、来日までに不安なことなどを相談できます。
Feel free to contact the student with any questions you may have about living in Japan.
STEP 3 寮費振込 Complete first housing payment
2019年7月12日（金）
寮費初期費用請求書にも基づいて、入寮費を指定の銀行口座に振り込んでください。
July 12, 2019 (Friday)
Please complete the first payment towards your rent, following the money transfer instructions described in the housing payment letter.
STEP 4 来日･入寮 Arrival in Japan and dormitory move-in
2019年8月29日（木）※来日指定日
Welcome Teamがみなさんを住居まで案内します。
August 29, 2019 (Thursday) *Designated arrival date
Those who requested the Welcome Team will be accompanied from the airport to their accommodations.
STEP 5 住居オリエンテーション Housing orientation
2019年9月2日（月）に行われる住居オリエンテーションに必ず参加してください。時間と場所は、別途メールで連絡します。
Please participate in the housing orientation on September 2, 2019 (Monday). The time and meeting point of the orientation will be communicated to you at a later date.
寮･アパート情報 Information about each dormitory and apartment
住居申込み Housing application
申込期間6月14日（金）午前10時～6月19日（水）午後5時
Housing applications will be accepted from 10am on June 14 (Friday) until 5pm on June 19 (Wednesday).

申込期間内であれば、再度申込フォームに入力をしてください。
If it is still within the application acceptance window, you may re-submit your application online. -
大学からの住居決定通知のメールにキャンセル希望と書いて返信してください。
Please indicate that you are cancelling your application on the housing confirmation mailer you receive from the university. -
初期費用はクレジットカード払いまたは海外送金が可能です。10月からの費用は、来日後にクレジットカード、海外送金または国内の銀行ATMから銀行振込で支払ってください。
The first payment is made by wire transfer or credit card. After your arrival in October, payments may be made through wire transfer, credit card or by bank transfer from a domestic bank/ATM. -
一度振り込まれた寮費やアパートの家賃は返金しません。
If you cancel your application after submitting the first payment, your payment will not be returned to you. -

The Welcome Team is a volunteer group of KUIS students working to prepare for your arrival to Japan, and provide services to ensure your smooth adjustment to student life at Kanda, such as:
・Airport welcome
・Translation assistance at orientation
・Advising you on student life at KUIS
・Helping you understand your route from the dormitory to the campus -
