Is there a maximum number of participants?

There is no limit on the number of participants for both on-site and online attendance. Please feel free to bring your friends and parents along when you visit our school.

When do I need to apply by?

Online events will be available for registration until just before the start of the day of the event.
Upon registration, we will send you the URL and other necessary information for your participation.
Visitor-oriented events are also open for registration on the day of the event, if seats are still available.

What kind of communication environment is required for the Online Open Campus?

You can participate via tablet computer or PC.
Participation is possible from smart phones, but is not recommended due to the small size of the projected text and the likelihood of difficulty in viewing.

Can parents also participate?

Parents are welcome to attend both the in-person and online sessions. Registration is only required for high school students and applicants themselves. We encourage you to attend with your child. During the Q&A session, parents are welcome to ask questions.

Can I attend with a friend?

Of course, it's possible. During certain promotional periods, we offer gifts for both you and your friend when you participate together. When you visit our school, please let us know that you came with a friend.

Will my name and face be displayed to other participants in the online open campus?

The "Online Open Campus" will use an online meeting system called "Zoom Meeting". If you manually turn off your own video, your face will not be shown to other participants. However, for the "Online Department Information Session," we would like to have interactive communication with participants, so please turn on your video if possible (if you do not have a camera device, that is fine). Yes, we will issue a “Certificate of Attendance for the Information Session (for 2025 Applicants).”
After the online session, we will send a short comprehension check to your registered email address.Please reply with your answers as soon as possible (preferably on the same day).Once we confirm your response, the Certificate of Attendance will be issued within three days and sent to you as an email attachment.If you do not receive the comprehension check after the session, please contact Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages.

Can I visit the dormitories and stay for a trial stay?

Yes, it is possible. It is possible to visit and experience dormitories provided by Kyoritsu Maintenance, with which we have a partnership. Accommodation is free of charge for the student (one night / up to one accompanying person for a fee). Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the desired date of entry.
