K-Sky (ground staff) offer

Q. Why did you enroll in Kanda Institute of Languages?

I was fascinated by Japanese culture and came to Japan after graduating from high school. I was looking for a school where I could learn French and aim for a job in the airline industry, but I couldn't find a school that I thought was "the one! But I couldn't find a school that I thought was the one. Then I found Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages, where I could go beyond my major and learn about other subjects. The clean facilities and friendly foreign teachers were also deciding factors!

Q. What kind of school life do you have?

There are many joint classes with other departments, so there is a lot of interaction between departments. I often have lunch with a Japanese student in the Chinese course and we teach each other our native languages. She is now a great friend! There are also many fun events such as Halloween, Christmas parties, and movie nights. In the cooking club I belong to, we enjoy making sweets from different countries after school.

Q. What kind of employment support did you receive?

Kanda Institute of Languages introduces me to companies that match my needs from many job postings. I had countless interview practices with the teachers at the career center. I also had other opportunities to practice interviewing with a former CA teacher and to go on a tour of Narita Airport with students of the International Airline Course. Thanks to the generous support of the Career Center, I was able to acquire knowledge about airlines from my French course.

Q. What are your plans after graduation?

I received a job offer in the airline industry, which I had longed for! After graduation, I will work as a ground staff at Haneda Airport. I was able to receive the job offer thanks to the teachers at the career center who were always very supportive and kind to me. In the future, I would like to become a bridge between Japan and China with the language skills and hospitality I acquired at Kanda Institute of Languages.

Q. Please leave a final message!

At Kanda Institute of Languages, you will have many opportunities to have active conversations with Japanese students and teachers! You can naturally develop your language skills. As I worked on many assignments in groups, I was able to clearly communicate my thoughts in a variety of languages. This program is perfect for those who want to find a job in Japan in the future, as they can learn the skills to make a good impression at Japanese employment exams.

Four Seasons Hotel Otemachi Offer

Q. Why did you enroll in Kanda Institute of Languages?

I came to Japan 7 years ago because my parents were working in Japan. When I was looking for a school to fulfill my dream of becoming a hotelier, my high school homeroom teacher recommended Kanda Institute of Languages. When I attended the open campus, I saw many unique self-study facilities and intuitively thought, "I can enjoy learning here! I thought intuitively, "I can enjoy learning here!

Q. What kind of school life do you have?

Since there is a lot of group work with Japanese students anyway, my ability to communicate in Japanese and English has improved a lot. Kanda Institute of Languages is full of students who "want to learn about various cultures and new things! I am very happy to be able to work with students who want to learn about different cultures and new things. Teach me English! (laugh). We went to a hotel internship together, gave a bouquet of flowers to a teacher as a surprise.... I have a lot of happy memories.

Q. What kind of employment support did you receive?

Kanda Institute of Languages offers free Japanese classes for international students. It was tough to prepare for the Hotel Business Practice Test, which teaches hotel management in Japanese, but thanks to the generous support I received, I was able to pass the test. I had a lot of interview practice with my classmates and teachers. I was able to use other students' answers as a reference, and I felt that I was able to show my normal self without being nervous during the actual interview. The class where we learned about the companies I wanted to work for was also very useful for the interviews.

Q. What are your plans after graduation?

While consulting with a teacher at the career center, I focused my job search on foreign-affiliated hotels and received job offers from two companies. Since I would like to work overseas in the future, I chose the Four Seasons Hotel, which has a program that allows me to work at one of the group hotels overseas. I would like to utilize the skills I learned at Kanda Institute of Languages to become a hotelier who can work overseas.

Q. Please leave a final message!

At Kanda Institute of Languages, we will work with you to find a suitable job, and if you work hard, you can even enter university. Don't worry if you are not confident about your Japanese language ability. There are many kind and supportive classmates and teachers at Kanda Institute of Languages. Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages supports foreign students who want to find a job in Japan or enter a Japanese university with all their effort!
