MORE

When I was in junior high school, I was moved by an American movie called "High School Musical," and I decided that I wanted to work with "English" and "children" in the future. This department has a lot of practical training and many opportunities to actually interact with children. When I saw children happily playing with the picture books and English language materials we created, my heart was filled with a sense of accomplishment and relief. It was a moment that made me determined once again to "make my dream come true! At first I was worried about whether I would be able to keep up with the EIC classes, but gradually I became able to understand the English spoken by the foreign teachers and naturally enjoy conversing with my classmates in English. I also had many opportunities to give presentations, so I think I gained the courage to speak clearly in front of others. After graduation, I will work as an "English coordinator" at Ryogoku Kindergarten. My main job is to plan English lessons and English events. I am taking the nursery teacher exam while still in school, so I have one subject left to pass. My goal is to become a qualified nursery teacher by the exam in April after graduation, and to become a nursery teacher who can teach English to children in a cheerful and fun way, just like the teachers at Kanda Institute of Languages. Every class in this department is fun, and the teachers and classmates are all kind and warm. You will surely grow in the best environment, so please jump in and make your dream come true.

MORE

I decided to enroll in Kanda Institute of Languages after my brother, a Kanda Institute of Languages alumnus, recommended it to me. I chose this department because I was attracted by the fact that I could obtain an education-related qualification while learning English. Many of the classes are practical in nature, and there are plenty of opportunities for mock classes using teaching materials that I created myself, as well as for outside practical training. In the beginning of my second year, I decided to go on to university to obtain a first-class elementary school teacher's license. Although I got off to a late start, I was able to steadily prepare for the transfer thanks to the kind advice of my teachers.
After transferring to Seitoku University, I spent every day immersed in study. I attended lectures from morning till night, and after returning home, I prepared for the teacher employment examination. It was hard work, but the desire to make my dream come true sustained me. After graduating from university, I continued my studies while working as a teacher at an elementary school in Chiba Prefecture, and passed the teacher employment examination. I am currently a first grade homeroom teacher at an elementary school. During music class, I sometimes sing English songs that I learned in this department. Last year, I had the opportunity to teach a 3rd grade English class, and my studies at Kanda Institute of Languages are proving useful. I myself was a child who did not like to study, so I want to teach them the joy of learning. I want to tell them that English can expand their world. I would like to gain a wide range of experience and become a teacher who can expand the possibilities of children.
