最終学歴を示す書類として下記のa～eの該当するいずれかの書類
※いずれにも当てはまらない方はアドミッション＆コミュニケーション部までご連絡ください。

- a. High school graduates (prospective graduates): Research papers (sealed and dated within 3 months of issuance)
*If your high school has passed the retention period for research papers and is unable to issue them, please contact the Admissions & Communications Department. - b. College, junior college, or vocational school graduates (prospective graduates): Transcripts of academic records (If the year and month of admission or graduation are not indicated, a certificate of (expected) graduation must also be submitted.
(For prospective graduates, the certificate must be issued within the last 3 months.) - c. For those who have passed the high school equivalency examination: a copy of the passing score (strictly sealed)
- d. For those who have completed (or expect to complete) 12 years of formal education: Certificate of completion and academic transcripts (for those who expect to complete, transcripts must be issued within the last 3 months)
- e. For overseas school graduates: (1) Original graduation certificate or a copy of diploma from the school from which you graduated overseas (2) Original academic transcript
* Both documents must be in Japanese or English.
Required documents differ depending on the application method. Please refer to each application method.
For April 2027 Admission Applicants
- School Recommendation Form (Designated School Recommendation/School Recommendation)
- Envelope address sheet (common to all application methods)
*AO applicants are required to have an "AO Admission Permit". The "AO Entrance Examination Application Permit" is issued to applicants who have had an AO interview.
