All-Inclusive Internship
All students will take on internships at renowned companies and organizations. While gaining hands-on experience in a real-world business setting, they will develop the skills required in the workforce.

Project to Develop Recommendations for Recruiting Part-Time Workers and Improving Retention Rates
PROJECT FLOW
- 1 Analysis of the Current State of Part-Time Job Recruitment We will attend lectures given by store managers of company-owned stores and young employees who started as part-time workers. We will conduct interviews to gather feedback from the front lines.
- 2 Comparison with Competitors and Data Analysis We will conduct a survey and analyze data to identify common feedback from on-site staff and challenges in current part-time recruitment efforts.
- 3 Report Preparation Based on the results of interviews and survey data, we will organize the identified issues and compile specific improvement measures into a report.
- 4 Presentation Each team will present recommendations to the Human Resources Department at McDonald’s Japan aimed at improving part-time staff recruitment and retention rates.
