目的Objectives
外国籍社員の方々の職場での孤立感が企業の課題の一つとなっています。
また、日本での生活や業務においても悩みや課題を抱えておられるケースが見られます。
神田外語キャリアカレッジでは、そうした悩みや課題を共有化し、さまざまなヒントが得られる場を「神田ジャパニーズコミュニティ」として提供します。
Isolation of non-Japanese employees in the workplace has become one of the issues many companies face today. In some cases, they also have problems and challenges in their life and work in Japan. We offer "Kanda Japanese Community," a place where such problems and issues can be shared and tips and advice can be obtained.

フリートークの場でも毎回テーマを決めて話し合う場でも事例紹介を交えたコミュニケーションの場でも構いません。
また、対象メンバーもご要望に合わせ対応します。

It can be a place for free talk, discussion on a specific theme, or communication with case studies.
The target members can also be selected according to your needs.
