The certificate issuing system will be changed from March 2, 2026.
Effective March 2, 2026, the certificate issuance system (convenience store certificate issuance system exclusively for students admitted in 1987 or later) will be changed.
Due to the system change, graduates who have already received approval to use the new system and are currently using the convenience store issuing system will need to apply to use the new system again.
We will announce on this page as soon as the new system is ready.
The current certificate issuing system will be available until March 1, 2026. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Termination of G-mail account service for graduates
As we have announced frequently by e-mail and other means since June 2011, we have terminated the G-mail account service for our graduates as of the end of March 2012.
Please understand that we will not be able to recover email addresses or data of suspended accounts.
We also ask that you register your most recent address and e-mail address so that we can contact you and send you important information such as the Alumni Magazine.
