Apply through the university's web application site

Submission of Application Documents

After registering your application on the web application site, please send the required documents by mail or submit them to our office.
Reception: Monday-Friday 10:00-17:00 (except holidays and school closures)

Applications must arrive no later than 17:00 on the application deadline date for each application period.

*If you send the application by mail, the deadline for the application period is the date of arrival, not the date of postmark.

Selection (Entrance Examination)

Once the required documents are received, an examination number will be assigned to your examination voucher on the My Page of the web application site. The screening date will vary depending on the application period. Please bring your examination voucher and appropriate attire to the school as you will be interviewed.

*In principle, the examination will be conducted in a face-to-face format, but it is also possible to take the examination online. If you wish to do so, please check the appropriate box on the web application site at the time of application. The URL for the online interview will be displayed on My Page.
*Only Global Business Course applicants will have an interview in Japanese and an interview in English including an oral examination.

Issuance of certificate of acceptance (notification of pass/fail)

The result will be announced on My Page on the date indicated in the Entrance Examination Schedule, and a notification of acceptance or rejection will be mailed by registered express mail. Please note that, in principle, we do not announce results by posting on campus or by telephone.

Admission procedures (payment of school fees)

Please transfer the tuition fee to the designated bank account indicated in the materials enclosed with your acceptance letter.

*The admission fee is 100,000 yen, but there are exemptions depending on the time and method of application. Please click here for details.

Certificate of Admission

It will be sent together with the "Future Schedule" which contains a detailed schedule after the entrance ceremony.

Class formation test

Successful applicants must take the placement test on the designated date. The schedule will be announced at a later date.

Application to Kanda University of International Studies

In order to apply to Kanda University of International Studies, you must apply to Kanda University of International Studies in advance.

Applications are accepted through the university's web application site. Please select the department you wish to apply for and enter your personal information on the website.
Applications can also be submitted from smartphones. If you do not have an Internet connection and are unable to submit an application, please contact us by phone. (0120-815-864)

Enter the reason for your application

Enter the reason why you wish to apply to Kanda Institute of Languages through the web application site.
Until 5:00 p.m. of the closing date of the application period for each application period.

Please contact us if you live outside Japan or outside Tokyo and the three neighboring prefectures at the time of application.
