The richness of the French language and the stage that expands in English.
Become a world-class service provider.

In high school, I was so involved in the activities of the brass band that I started studying for entrance exams late, and I was worried about my future career path. At that time, I decided to enroll in KIFL, where I could relearn English from the basics and where there was a lively atmosphere. I chose the French course out of a bit of curiosity, because "it looked kind of cool. I started out with a vague idea, but I was soon hooked by the small class size, the close proximity to the teachers, and the stimulating French-only classes with a sense of humor.
At the end of my first year, I also had the opportunity to study abroad at one of our partner schools in France. Everything there was full of fresh surprises, from living in an apartment with classmates to cooking for myself to weekend morning markets. Being in an environment where I was expected to speak French even in supermarkets and tourist attractions, I was able to experience firsthand the patriotism and cultural depth of the French people, which further increased my desire to learn. After returning to Japan, my TOEIC® score, which had been my weak point, improved significantly from 305 to 770 in 9 months, thanks to the advice of my teacher. I also passed the first round of the French Language Proficiency Test Level 2, and I feel that both English and French are now solid weapons in my arsenal.
This enriching learning experience, along with days spent encouraging each other with friends who shared the same goals, gave me the confidence to receive a job offer from the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi, which was my first choice. From spring, I aim to become a hotelier who can provide the best hospitality to guests from all over the world by utilizing my multilingual language skills, cross-cultural understanding, and elegant expression unique to the French language, which I honed at KIFL.
