＜ライバルに差をつけるBusiness Emailの書き方＞

今回のテーマは、栄転・昇格のお祝いEmail です。I would like to express my congratulations to you on your promotion.　嫉妬に振り回されることなく、喜ばしいことは喜ばしいこととして、一緒にお祝い気分に浸る。そんなココロの余裕は持ちたいものですね。こういった場面でのEmailの件名は、”Congratulations on your promotion” でいいでしょう。　congratulations と複数形になることに注意してください。
また、お祝いをしてもらったら、相手の優しい心遣いに対し、すぐに返信するようにしましょう。

We would like to send you warmest congratulations on the occasion of your new appointment as New York branch manager.
ニューヨーク支店長として就任されましたことを心からお喜び申し上げます。
