KANDA Alumni Teachers’ Network “ENGLISH Workshop” 開催概要

※講座自体は60～70分程度。その後、質問・交流時間を設ける予定です。

・教員ではないが言葉を教える仕事をされていたり、広く教育の現場に携わっている皆様

【テーマ】

“Making Connections Between Teacher’s Beliefs & Working Reality”

【内　容　(予　定)】

Participate in our workshop featuring reflective exercises and collaboration, focused on facilitating dialogue between KUIS alumni from diverse educational contexts. The objective is to bridge the gap between teaching beliefs/ideals and the realities encountered in classrooms and/or other educational contexts. This session aims to cultivate a community of KUIS alumni educators dedicated to enhancing their teaching practices through shared insights.

さまざまな教育背景をもつKUIS卒業生同士の交流を促進することに焦点を当てた、リフレクションの演習やコラボレーションを交えたワークショップに参加しませんか？このワークショップの目的は、教育の信念や理想と、授業や教育現場で遭遇する現実とのギャップを埋めること、また英語教員ネットワークを広げることです。

講師／Phillip A. Bennett(フィリップ・ベネット)

A graduate from Kanda University’s MA TESOL Program, and he is a language learning advisor and English instructor at KUIS. He also has experience teaching at junior and senior high schools as well as adult learners. He actively publishes and presents at conferences on a range of topics including learner autonomy, self-access learning, and language learning advising.
