神田外语大学有80多个俱乐部，对在籍的所有KUIS学生开放。为体现外语大学的特点，许多俱乐部都会学一些异域文化，如舞蹈或音乐，以便学生们即使身处日本也可以体验世界文化。
KUIS的学生学习地区语言和这些语言发展过程中的文化背景，使得他们变得宽容和积极。这意味着他们会乐于接纳任何愿意加入俱乐部的同学为新会员。学生们通过课外活动结交不同国籍的朋友，获得体验成功或经历失败的机会，思想变得更加开放。通过与俱乐部的前辈或后辈的交流，建立人际交往的基础，使身心得到锻炼。这是一个结交终身好友的机会。
