Alumni] Certificate Issuance Information (For students who enrolled before 1986, regardless of the year of enrollment, evening courses, and former Japanese language courses)<\/h3>\n

\n Please apply using the application form below. After submitting the form, the person in charge will send you an e-mail with the certificate issuance fee and the bank account to which you should transfer the funds. \u3000Please note that it may take several days to receive the information.<\/how>\n<\/p>\n\n

\n After application and payment are confirmed, certificates will be issued in 3 business days. Applications, payments, and delivery of prescribed forms after 6:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day, and will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during long holidays. Please check the University's website for holiday periods.<\/number>\n<\/p>\n\n

\nHow to pick up your order\u3009 - Pick up at Kanda Institute of Languages - Pick up by mail (sent by uniform Letter Pack Light) If you wish to receive your order by mail, the amount including the Letter Pack Light fee will be sent to you by e-mail.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n\u3008Prescribed forms to be submitted (Qualification Examination, University Transfer, etc.)\u3009 After submitting the form, the person in charge will e-mail you the certificate issuance fee and the bank account to transfer the funds to.   • \nNo cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed after issuance.\n<\/li>\n

  • \nCertificates will only be issued in the name you used when you were enrolled.\n<\/li>\n
  • \nThe retention period for certificates received over the counter is 6 months.\n<\/li>\n
  • \nSealed certificates will only be accepted if instructed to do so by the submitting institution. Please enter the name of the certificate that needs to be sealed in the designated field on the application form.\n<\/li>\n
