After newly registering, please select the menu below according to your purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\n<convenience stores=\"\"> When a certificate is printed at a convenience store. <br\/>Online: If the applicant has requested to submit the certificate electronically, the certificate will be issued in data format and sent to the applicant via the Internet. <br\/>Mailing\u3009If you wish to receive by mail a certificate that cannot be issued at a convenience store, or a form prescribed by the recipient (e.g., for qualification examinations, university transfer, etc.). In addition, overseas shipment will be made by EMS of Japan Post. Delivery times vary by country\/region, so please check the latest information from the post office for rates, delivery times, and delivery stop areas. <br\/><application form=\"\"> If you wish to receive strictly sealed certificates and prescribed forms for submission (qualification examinations, transfer, etc.), which cannot be issued at convenience stores, at the Kanda Institute of Languages office.<\/application><\/convenience>\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"disc-list\">\n<li>Strictly seal the certificates (seal each certificate in its own envelope\/only if instructed to do so by the recipient): Available for pickup at the counter from 3 business days after application\/payment (fee is the same as that for issuance at a convenience store).<\/li>\n<li>Filling out the prescribed form (Qualification Examination, University Transfer, etc.) at the destination: Can be picked up at the counter from 3 business days after application, payment, and submission of the prescribed form (fee: 700 yen for Japanese text \/ 1,000 yen for English text).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Please attach the designated form to the file attachment column in the system.<br>You can also submit the original to the counter on the 1st floor of the main building of Kanda Institute of Languages or mail it to the Kanda Institute of Languages Certificate Section.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\n*Applications, payments, and arrival of prescribed forms for submission after 6:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day, and will not be handled on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during long holidays.
