This temple is famous for beautiful pagodas. It was founded during the Muromachi Period and was designated as a National treasure.
2.Yuda Onsen
Yuda Onsen is a hot springs in Yamaguchi City. There are some “Ashiyu” or foot baths in this area, where you can bathe your feet for free. Buses also run to various famous sightseeing locations as well.
3.Hagi City
Hagi City is known for many famous people such as Ito Hirobumi, Japan's first modern prime minister. Yoshida Shōin, Kido Takayoshi, are also from this city. Strolling through the streets and visiting historical sights are a lot of fun.
4.Akiyoshi Cave
Akiyoshi Cave is a very large limestone cavern. This is located hundred meters underground of Akiyoshidai Plateau. It takes about 1 hour to observe.
5.Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum
Kaneko Misuzu was a Japanese poet and songwriter. She was born in Senzaki on April 11th 1903. This museum opened in Senzaki on April 11th 2003 as well.
6.Misuzu Shiosai
Misuzu Shiosai is sightseeing train in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It runs from Senzaki to Shin-Shimonoseki. This train will stop at three view points overlooking the Sea of Japan.
